Tom and I want to thank all of you for the awesome fishing trip earlier this morning. Bobby kicks ass and he and Brady pulled out all the stops to help ensure we had a fabulous fishing trip. We filled the quota thanks to Bobby and his years of experience. Fishing was a bit challenging at times this morning as the bass were moving in odd directions but Bobby knew just what to do and we kicked ass. Reel Deal, Bobby, and his team are the absolute best. Can’t wait for our trip our next summer! Also, Elena Rice who runs the show behind the scenes rocks too!!!!

I have to say my experience with Reel Deal Fishing Charters far exceeded my expectations. Let me first start by saying that literally everyone in my group has NEVER gone fishing on a charter, so we were very inexperienced to say the least. We went out with Captain Bobby Rice and he was great from beginning to end. We truly had the best experience ever. Not only did we catch 160lbs of Striped Bass, but he even filleted all of the fish for us right on the boat. I HIGHLY recommend you book this charter whether your going for the first time or if you want that once in a lifetime experience.

I have salt water fished extensively over the years throughout the Northeast and Florida for various species with many charters and I would rate Reel Deel as one of the top 2! Capt. Ian not only kept us on the fish but constantly adapted to conditions with skill and enthusiasm.

Here are my thoughts

Capt. Elena -> you have been wonderful to work with, super attentive and caring. never having chartered a fishing trip I felt confident working with you and Real Deal right from the first communications. When we spoke on the phone I was asking what I feared were 'dumb' questions like is the fishing better in the morning or afternoon and is Mo better then Tu -> You answered my questions and helped me navigate the booking & scheduling with ease. Then monitoring the weather for us and rescheduling was above and beyond -> Super professional! Changing those days made all the difference (period). You are so easy to work with, knowledgeable, and kind. Uber attentive -> As stated above I have never booked a trip like this and you made it effortless from A -> Z. I can't thank you enough (seriously).

Capt. Chris -> My son Ben is 19 so Chris was a perfect fit. He is a nice guy with a good sense of humor. What I noticed -> Chris hustles and has his eye on the prize. He was continually moving, checking this screen, baiting or rigging that pole, moving the boat when an area got cold. I noticed he was on the CB with other Reel Deal boats (great team work) talking about where the fish were -> felt like we had all of Reel Deal working for us and helping.! Chris keeps a super clean boat!!! He was able to assess abilities and help when needed -> He let Ben fish and helped me a bit with the casting and how to stow the poles and lures etc... and did so without making me feel like a donkey ha ha ha We were on the water at 4:55 am. Chris is a coach and a teacher -> I mentioned his hustle -> every time we moved the boat he was right on the ball "Ok guys you can cast" -> Super professional! His attention to detail and guidance/knowledge made all the difference (period).

Reel Deal is the Real Deal -> To start the adventure seeing the 3 tucks and boats pulling into the harbor all lit up one after the other set the tone. The teamwork between Capt. Elena, Capt.. Chris and the other boats was awesome, again I felt like Reel Deal was totally looking out for me and Ben (and the other fishermen as well) -> you can sense the synergy!

For me -> I got a true classic summer adventure!! Salt water fishing with my son (who loves to fish), catching big Blue Fin and Stripers, working together, having some laughs and making fishing stories together. Reel Deal helped us create memories that will last a life time.

Oh, and we saw an Orca when we were leaving the harbor and later on a seal attracted a fish Ben was brining in -> that shit was nuts!!! how is that for a couple hours of high adventure!!

You guys are the best!!!

I will certainly be rebooking a trip in the near future.
We did a half-day striped bass charter with Captain Ian at the beginning of June. The center console boat was well equipped for fishing. Ian put in a lot of effort to make sure we were constantly on top of the fish and reeling them in. Reel deal made sure we were catching fish where other charters weren't sure whether we'd be able to find any or not. The quantity and size of fish we were catching was absurd.
Our group ranged from complete beginners to seasoned veterans, and Ian made sure all groups were catered for by demonstrating techniques and hooking up the fish for beginners when appropriate. We ended up catching around 16 large striped bass up to around 35 lbs. It was great to go out with a captain willing to put in the effort to give us a great fishing experience. Highly recommended!

If you like to catch fish, this is the place to go. Captain Ian knows his stuff. Nephews loved the charter and we had a wonderful grilled bass dinner afterwards. Our second year with Reel Deal.

For the past 8 years, Captain Bobby has consistently been producing excellent results for my father's fishing charter experiences. Greg insists that there is no one more knowledgeable when it comes to sport fishing for striped bass and blue fin tuna, using light tackle on the whole Cape. There is a heritage behind the company, and impressive professionalism re: boats and equipment.
